As with any small company, founder/president Paul Sharon Jr. oversees every aspect of the business and is personally involved in not only the direction of the company, but its day-to-day operations as well. Paul and his wife Barb and daughter Cleo live in Grafton, MA in a 1795 antique federal home which, with luck, will be finished some day.
