W4G's founder has been dealing in investment properties for over 20 years. During this time, we have been involved in acquisition and holding for revenue generation, renovation for immediate resale, and the conversion of multifamlies into condominiums. Each endeavor has been very successful and it was only natural to use this business as a market for the lumber that was reclaimed and recycled.
We are still in the process of acquiring and renovating multifamily properties in the Central Massachusetts area. Currently we own properties in Marlborough, Grafton, and Worcester as part of our residual revenue stream. In every property we acquire, we completely renovate the building inside and out. We structure our relationships with our tenants as a traditional business/customer one. We provide a safe, clean, and completely functional unit for our tenants and go out of our way to make sure that their stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
